クラフトビールとの出会い
以前にね、私が三月半ばから仲良くして貰ってるカイル
ん？呼んだ？？
と話してて私がリーフマンスとリンデマンスが
同じ経営か何かだと思っていたことがきっかけでした
そこは長くなるから割愛しますが
その時にチェリービール飲んだことあるけど
酸っぱかったと私が言ったんですが
納得がいかなっかたみたいで
「甘いビールのオススメ教えて☆」と
聞いたら、やっぱり推してくるのがリンデマンスのクリークでした
実家に帰る時に酒屋へ寄るんですが
買ってみようと思い手に取りました
一昨年だったかの時にチェリーのビールをオクトーバーフェストで
飲んだら酸っぱかったはずなんで
恐らくリーフマンスだったんだと思いました
カイルを信用して買ってみた、その日の夜
夕飯に出してみました
こらー！！そこー！！
組み合わせが変とか言わないの（笑）
リンデマンス・クリークとの運命的な再会
なにはともあれ
恐る恐る試してみると。。。。
濃いのは濃いんですが酸味は無く
お酒を強調する事もなくビールの苦みがダメな方でも
これはいけるんじゃないかと思う甘い味わいでした
チョコレートと食べてみましたが美味しく飲めました

① Hoegaarden White（ヒューガルデン・ホワイト）
- 綴り：Hoegaarden White
- 種類：ベルギー産ホワイトビール（白ビール）
- 特徴：コリアンダーとオレンジピールが効いた、爽やかでスパイシーな味わい。苦味は控えめでフルーティ。女性人気も高い♪
私の感想：ふんわりとした口当たりで
鼻から抜ける匂いは少し独特ですが嫌いではない
② Liefmans on the Rocks（リーフマンス・オン・ザ・ロック）
- 綴り：Liefmans On The Rocks
- 種類：ベルギー産フルーツビール（チェリー系）
- 特徴：チェリー、ラズベリー、ブルーベリーなどがブレンドされた甘酸っぱい味。氷を入れて飲むスタイルが推奨されていて、スパークリングワインみたいに楽しめる♪(ここ)
私の感想：オクトーバーフェストで酸味がきつかったと私が思ったやつです
酸味が平気な人は美味しいのかと思います
③ Erdinger Weißbier（エルディンガー・ヴァイスビア）
- 綴り：Erdinger Weißbier
- 種類：ドイツ産ヴァイツェン（小麦ビール）
- 特徴：バナナのような甘くフルーティな香りと、やわらかい口当たりが特徴。泡立ちも良く、まろやかなのにしっかり麦のコクがある。
私の感想：こちらも泡がまろやかで飲みやすく甘みを感じました
④ Schöfferhofer Grapefruit（シェッファーホッファー・グレープフルーツ）
- 綴り：Schöfferhofer Grapefruit
- 種類：ドイツ産ヴァイツェン＋グレープフルーツジュースのミックス
- 特徴：アルコール度数2.5%でめちゃくちゃ軽い！ビールというよりジュースみたいな爽快感。甘酸っぱくて苦みほぼなし。夏にぴったり♪
私の感想
：これは確実にグレープフルーツジュースです(笑)
めっちゃ飲みやすいの間違いないです
ここからは私が飲んだことありませんのでカイルに聞いた情報だけです
⑤ Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen（シェッファーホッファー・ヘーフェヴァイツェン）
- 綴り：Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen
- 種類：ドイツ産ヘーフェヴァイツェン（無濾過の小麦ビール）
- 特徴：濁りがあって、バナナのような香りとやさしい甘み。
泡立ちがクリーミーで、穏やか系ビールの代表格。
⑥ Damm Lemon（ダム・レモン）
- 綴り：Damm Lemon
- 種類：スペイン産レモンビール（ラドラー系）
- 特徴：ビールにレモン果汁を加えた爽快系。とにかくさっぱり！
甘めでアルコール度数も低いので、ビールが苦手な人にもおすすめ。
⑦ Benediktiner Weissbier（ベネディクティナー・ヴァイスビア）
- 綴り：Benediktiner Weissbier
- 種類：ドイツ産ヴァイスビール（白ビール）
- 特徴：濃厚でコクがありながら、柑橘系の香りとバナナっぽい
フルーティさも感じられる、バランス型の王道ヴァイツェン。
⑧ INEDIT Damm（イネディット・ダム）
- 綴り：INEDIT Damm
- 種類：スペインの高級クラフトビール（シャンパン風）
- 特徴：有名レストラン「エル・ブリ」のシェフと共同開発。
白ワインみたいにグラスで楽しむビール。
オレンジピールやリコリスの香りがあって、料理との相性も抜群。
だそうです♪
リンデマンスのクリークを推したいのですが一本の送料別が個人的には

How I Discovered Craft Beer
Last time I introduced Okinawan beer nuts,
and this time I’d like to share a craft beer.

This blog is all about sharing the things I love—so
I’m going for it with no shame! By the way,
there’s someone I’ve been close with since mid-March…
his name is Kyle.
Hm? Did you call me?
While chatting with Kyle,
I mentioned that I had thought Liefmans and Lindemans
were part of the same company.
(I’ll skip the long explanation here!)
At the time,
I told him I’d tried a cherry beer before but found it too sour.
Kyle didn’t seem convinced and said,
“Then let me recommend a sweet beer!”
Naturally, he suggested Lindemans Kriek.
When I was heading back to my parents’ place,
I stopped by a liquor store and decided to give it a try.
I remembered having a cherry beer at
Oktoberfest a couple of years ago that was quite sour,
so I figured it must have been Liefmans.
Trusting Kyle’s recommendation,
I picked up the bottle and served it with dinner that night.
Hey!
Don’t you dare say that’s a weird combo! (｀・ω・´)
Anyway, when I nervously gave it a try…
it was definitely rich, but not sour at all.
It didn’t have that strong alcoholic bite either, and
I think even people who aren’t into the bitterness of regular
beer might really enjoy this one.
It had a pleasantly sweet flavor.
I tried it with some chocolate, and it paired surprisingly well!

That’s when I decided—this beer deserves a proper introduction!
