Two Owners Welcome You with Delicious Crepes and Coffee at ampee
Actually, Ampee Fuse is a lovely shop run by two owners!
Those who read the previous blog post will understand
the shop’s atmosphere even better!
- The Female Owner (Crepe Specialist):
Her regular day off is mainly Thursdays.
She is the one who creates the delicious, chewy crepes. - The Male Owner (Coffee Specialist):
His days off are irregular.
I’ll definitely order his specialty coffee next time I visit!
I think by leveraging their respective strengths,
the two of them are able to…
(to be continued: …offer the authentic deliciousness of both the crepes and the coffee.)
Cozy Interior Atmosphere and Seating Information
Here is a look at the seating inside the shop,
which you can use as a reference for the size of your group.

| Seating Type | Details |
| Round Table | 1 seat (2 chairs) |
| Square Tables | 3 seats (2 chairs each) |
| Side-by-Side Tables | 2 seats (2 chairs each) |
I was originally planning to go alone this time,
but I thought it would be a bit unfair to drink the adorable
“Oshikatsu Soda” all by myself,
so I quickly invited my daughter to come with me (´ω`).
The Owner’s “Oshikatsu” (Idol Fandom) and Hidden Consideration
This time, I was able to talk with the owner a little bit!
- The Owner’s Fave Color (Oshi-color): Blue

- Recommended Fruit for Oshikatsu Soda: Pineapple
When I asked, “Why do you like blue?”
I was surprised to hear it’s because the owner loves
Satoru Gojo from the hugely popular anime, Jujutsu Kaisen!
There was even a desk inside the shop with
some Satoru Gojo merchandise, and I heard he might be hidden
somewhere else in the shop too.
It might be fun to look for him! (´▽`).

To keep children entertained while waiting,
they even have toys prepared inside the desk drawers.

I really felt the warmth and thoughtfulness of the owner’s consideration.
Even when I asked for the recommended fruit for the Oshikatsu Soda,
the owner considered the color combination! ☆
This Visit’s Menu Selections
This time, the crepe I ate was an original combination of toppings,
including one I had never heard of before!
- Whipped Cream + Nutella + Caramel + Vanilla Ice Cream + Lotus Biscoff
It was my first time hearing the name Nutella,
but it’s a spread made from hazelnut and cocoa—in a word,
it’s a rich hazelnut chocolate cream (´ω`).
It’s characterized by being even more sticky than
regular chocolate spread, I think?
It was fragrant and not overly sweet.
The Lotus biscuit is formally called
“Lotus Biscoff” and seems to be a biscuit originating from Europe.
By adding this biscuit, the scent of cinnamon hit my nose
and the saltiness spread in my mouth,
which helped me overcome the trial!
What was the “Trial” I Faced?
As for the crepe my daughter ordered,
it was almost the same as last time,
with the addition of vanilla ice cream.

Before the crepes arrived,
we ordered the pink Oshikatsu Soda with a strawberry fruit topping.

I was planning for us to share this soda, but well,
she ended up drinking about half of it herself (lol).
So, feeling like I wanted some too,
I ended up ordering the owner’s recommendation: the Satoru Gojo color soda.
And then my bad feeling came true ( ^ω^ )…
After she ate the vanilla ice cream and got
about halfway down her crepe, I heard the words:
“I don’t want any more, I’m going to play now.”
As expected…
I was faced with the trial of having to eat
my daughter’s portion as well (lol).
I mean, it is delicious, right?
But having already drunk the soda this time…
it was totally unreasonable! (´ω`).
I left a bit of my own crepe and ate my daughter’s sweet crepe.
Then I ate my own slightly savory crepe,
and halfway through, I was groggy but fought on with the thought of
“I will not let this be wasted!!!”
Somehow, I managed to finish it all (lol).
That was the time that quietly passed ((+_+)).
But, thanks to my own crepe having a slightly spicy,
grown-up sweetness, I was able to finish mine too.
I was too full to eat dinner that evening (´ω`).
Summary
So, all things considered,
I learned that if you don’t order within your own eating capacity,
the delicious crepes from this great shop can become a bit of a trial (lol).
Next time, I definitely want to order the coffee
I didn’t get this time!
At that time, I plan to ask if I can take photos of the drink menu again,
so if you are interested, please bookmark this page and check back later!
