It’s skydolphin-M- again, somehow getting pulled into
Jyu Jyu Karubi once more.
At this point, it’s practically becoming a tradition. (lol)
Even if there aren’t a hundred people looking forward to these posts…
If there’s even just one hidden fan out there quietly thinking,
“Actually, I kind of like this,”
that would make me really happy. (´▽`)

Just the Names of These Dishes Already Raise Your Expectations

• Tender Beef Fillet of Happiness (Steak Sauce)
The photo on the left shows a lean beef fillet.
I went in thinking,
“Yeah right… it’s probably not that tender.”
But after taking a bite…
It was so soft that I almost felt like
I should apologize for doubting it.
The seasoning was slightly sweet, and the meat was incredibly tender.
• Pork Kalbi (Honey Mustard)
The pork kalbi in the photo on the right comes with a sauce
that has the tanginess of whole-grain mustard
and a gentle hint of honey sweetness.
Personally, I felt the flavor might have been just a little light.
• Jyu-Jyu Salad
This is the perfect item to refresh your
mouth after all that meat
so you can dive right back into eating more.
The colorful, crisp salad was fantastic

• Cheese Sticks
This one was a little different from what I expected… (´ω`)
Instead of the kind where the cheese melts and
stretches when you bite into it,
the inside was more solid.
I was imagining that gooey, stretchy melted cheese,
so that part was just a tiny bit disappointing.
Dessert After the Meal Is a Must
The last thing I always look forward to is dessert time☆

• Vanilla Ice Cream & Chocolat Jewel
The one on the left had a chocolate cookie topping.
It was nice and crispy, with almost no bitterness.
Instead, it had a wonderful roasted chocolate aroma
that made it really enjoyable♪
• Honey Lemon Pound Cake
It says you’ll taste a lemon flavor when you take a bite,
but personally, it felt closer to the fresh aroma of marmalade.
The slight burst of citrus peel might be something that
people who enjoy that texture will really love.
There were also banana and Uji matcha pound cakes available,
so choosing one might actually be part of the fun too.
Jyu Jyu Karubi About the “My Order Lunch”
Personally, I usually go for a full, hearty meal, so I don’t order this.
But if you only want to eat a little,
there’s a menu like this.

“MY Order Lunch”
You can choose five items you like and create your own set.
It costs 1,680 yen (1,848 yen with tax), which seems like a
pretty good deal☆
If you’re the type of person who thinks,
“I just want to eat a small portion of the things I like,”
then this could be a great option to try. (´▽`)
The Menu Changes From Time to Time
If you’ve read my previous blog posts,
you might have noticed something.
The whole grilled squid is no longer available.
As you can see in the photo, the portion is now smaller,
so please keep that in mind if you plan to order it. (/・ω・)/

Of course, my favorite way of eating it is still alive and well. (´▽`)

With the Chisha greens that have returned,
I wrap the meat with ponzu sauce and grated daikon radish.
This combination has become something
I keep repeating over and over again♪
Give it a try if you get the chance. (/・ω・)/
Well then,
that’s all for this time. (^^)/~~~
