【神対応に感謝】ディズニー・オン・アイスへ行く前に起きたハプニング

2022年に続いて、今回（2025年）も大興奮☆

ディズニー・オン・アイス大阪城公演へ

どうも、Skydolphin-Mです(^^)

先日、どうか娘よ体調が悪くならないでと願いながら

ずっと楽しみにしていた

「ディズニー・オン・アイス」の大阪城公演に行ってきました

娘は当日の開演まで何を観に行くのか知らされず

エルサのドレスを着ただけで大喜び(笑)

そんな何も知らなかった娘は

キャラクターたちが出て来た瞬間に

『ショーやぁ！！　ママありがとー！！』と、娘の声と会場が興奮で一色になってました

…と、ここまでは順調に見えるんですけど、

実は当日までに、ちょっと私がやらかした問題がありました

１．チケット紛失！まさかの神対応に感謝

それは、公演のたった1日前に、実家でチケットを紛失してることに気づいたんです

絶望的な気持ちで繋がらない事務局に何度も電話をかけたところ、

ディズニーだから今回のチケットは手順通りに進めていけば席を用意できます

と、おっしゃっていただけました

まずは、名前とチケットを取った時の連絡先を伝えて自分が分かる範囲を答えます

最終的に、当日の公演時間30分前に当日券売り場で声をかけて手続きをして

番号札を貰い10分前に再び声をかけて、本来のチケットの席に誰も座ってなかったら

座らせて貰えるという案内でした
(と言うか売っても無いのに拾ったので入る人って普通に泥棒じゃないんかな(;’∀’)
免許とか公的書類で確認できるのに何でかなぁ？
確認が大変やから失くしたら再発行なしなんかな？書類代が勿体ないから？)

とにかく当日、言われた通りに手続きをして、

無事に手書きのチケットを受け取ることができました

普通のコンサートではなかなか無い対応らしいので、

本当に感謝しかありませんでした

【ディズニー・オン・アイス】の温かさに感動

娘が着てたドレス、実は特典のステッカーを貰える日の

チケットの為に買ったんですが、チケットを失くしため、

「特典は無理かな…」と諦めながら事情を説明したら

「事情は分かりました」と、ステッカーをくれました

娘はエルサのドレスを着て、ステッカーを貰って大喜び

ホンマに、運営さんの温かい対応がありがたかったです

２．【高っ！？】でも子供の笑顔には代えられない、魔法のカキ氷

会場の外でも、物販が行われていて

チケットを紛失して時間が有り余ってた私たちは

これでもかと言うほど外を見れました

中に入る前に買ったら楽しみが少なくなるであろう

アナと雪の女王をテーマにしたカキ氷を他所の子が

持っていたのを娘が見て『欲しい』と想定内の事を言ってきたので

入場が出来るタイミングで買いました

バタバタしていて本来の写真を撮れていませんが

比較が出来る写真を置いておきます

なんと、お値段は2,800円

しかもおかわりなし（笑）

正直「ちょっと高いなぁ…」と思ったんですが、娘が『エルサや！』って

嬉しそうにしてる姿を見たら、そんな気持ちも吹き飛び財布が開いてました（笑）

ディズニーの世界観を存分に楽しめる、魔法のようなカキ氷でした♪

３.興奮の嵐！さすがマジカルパワー(一部ネタバレです)

出てくる順序は忘れてしまいましたが・・・

シンデレラ,いじわる三姉妹,魔法使いのおばあさん

ミラベルと魔法だらけの家

プリンセスと魔法のキス

ピーターパン

全部がストーリーで出ていたわけではなく

一部登場の形をとっていたキャラクターも居ます(書き漏れてたらすみません)

そして、娘が途中で『エルサ居らんやん・・・』

って落ち込んだ瞬間に出てきてボルテージマックスに（笑）

ただ、アナと雪の女王２だったので衣装が青じゃないのを見て

少しガッカリしていた娘( ;∀;)

でも、エルサを見れただけでも良かったみたいで終始ニコニコしてました

そんなこんなで、あっという間に楽しい時間が終わって仲良くランチをするつもりが・・・

４．（余談）親の心子知らず？【タリーズ】でまさかの大逆転劇

公演が終わった後、ランチを食べに大阪グルメEXPO2025へ行ったんですが、

「涼しい」と看板に書いていたわりには全く室内が涼しくなく…

娘に「何食べたい？」と何回も聞いたら「パン！」と答えたので、

パスタもあるし急遽近くのタリーズに向かうことにして外へ出た瞬間

「ラーメンが食べたかった！」と大号泣

何でやねん( ｀ー´)ノ

何回も聞いたのに！！

涼しい所の方が良いしパスタあるから、こっちで良いやん！！

って、タリーズの前で大喧嘩( ;∀;)

見てた人めっちゃ怖かったし娘が可哀想に思ったはず

そして「涼しくて麺のあるタリーズの方が良いやろう」と

思ってた私とは大違い（笑）

娘も何とか落ち着きを取り戻し店内に入り

パンケーキが有ると知ったら大喜びになり、しかも、

私が頼んだ、たらこスパゲッティを半分以上も食べたら、

あっという間にご満悦になった娘を見て、

「親の心子知らず」ってまさにこれやなぁと実感しました（笑）

まとめ：【ディズニー・オン・アイス】で最高の思い出をつくろう

暑いしお腹が減ってるしで

大喧嘩というハプニングもありましたが、終わってみれば、

娘と最高の思い出が作れました

家に帰って来てもエルサ可愛いかったなと言ってるし

ディズニー・オン・アイスは、素晴らしいショーだけじゃなく、

温かい人たちの対応で支えられていて、ハプニングも

笑い話に変えられる、そんな素敵な場所だったので、

皆さんもぜひ、足を運んでみてください♪

【Heartfelt Thanks for the Kindness】A Mishap Before Disney On Ice

After seeing it first in 2022, going again in 2025 was just as exciting!

Disney On Ice at Osaka Castle Hall

Hello, this is Skydolphin-M (^^)

The other day, with the hope that my daughter wouldn’t fall sick,

we finally went to the long-awaited Disney On Ice show at Osaka Castle Hall.

Until the opening moment, my daughter had no idea

what we were going to see.

She was already overjoyed just wearing her Elsa dress (lol).

And then, when the characters appeared on stage,

she shouted:

“It’s a show!! Mama, thank you!!”

Her voice, along with the excitement of the entire audience, filled the venue.

…Up to this point, it all seemed smooth sailing,

but actually, there was a little problem I had caused before the show.

1. Ticket Lost! Grateful for the Magical Kindness

Just one day before the performance,

I realized I had lost the tickets at my parents’ house.

Feeling utterly hopeless,

I called the office many times without success.

But once I finally got through, they told me:

“Since this is Disney, as long as you follow the steps, we can prepare your seats.”

First, I gave them my name and the contact information

I had used when purchasing the tickets, and answered whatever details I could.

On the day of the show,

I was instructed to go to the ticket booth 30 minutes before the performance,

check in, and receive a numbered slip.

Then, 10 minutes before the start, I checked in again.

If no one was seated in my original seats, we would be allowed to sit there.

(And honestly, if someone picked up my tickets and tried to use them, isn’t that basically stealing? (;’∀’) They could check IDs or official documents, so I wonder why not… Maybe because it’s too much work? Or reissuing might cost more in paperwork?)

Anyway, following their instructions on the day,

I safely received handwritten tickets and was able to enter.

This kind of response is rare in regular concerts, so I was truly grateful.

Deeply Moved by the Warmth of Disney On Ice

The Elsa dress my daughter wore was actually for a special

ticket day where kids could receive a sticker bonus.

Since I lost the tickets, I thought: “Well, we probably won’t get the bonus…”

But after explaining the situation, they said:

“We understand the circumstances.”

…and they still gave us the sticker!

My daughter was absolutely delighted—Elsa dress on,

sticker in hand, smiling ear to ear.

I was deeply touched by the kindness of the staff.

2. 【So Expensive!?】But My Child’s Smile Was Worth the Magical Shaved Ice

Outside the venue, merchandise was also being sold.

Since we had extra time because of the lost ticket issue,

we got to browse around quite a bit.

Just before entering,

my daughter saw another child holding Frozen-themed shaved ice and,

as expected, said,

“I want that!”

So, at the right timing when we could finally go in,

I bought it for her.

I couldn’t take proper photos due to the rush, but here’s a comparison picture.

And the price… an astonishing 2,800 yen.

With no refills (lol).

Honestly, I thought,

“That’s a bit expensive…” but the moment my daughter happily exclaimed,

“It’s Elsa!!”

I couldn’t resist. My wallet opened instantly (lol).

It was truly a magical shaved ice that let us fully enjoy the Disney world.

3. A Storm of Excitement! The Magic Power in Full Force (Minor Spoilers Ahead)

I can’t quite remember the exact order they appeared in, but here are the characters we saw:

• Wish
• Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy
• Aladdin
• Raya and the Last Dragon
• Toy Story
• Moana
• Cinderella, the Wicked Stepsisters, and the Fairy Godmother
• Beauty and the Beast
• Snow White
• Tangled
• Cars (Lightning McQueen & Mater)
• Encanto
• The Princess and the Frog
• Peter Pan

Not every character had a full story segment—

some just appeared briefly for a scene.
(Apologies if I missed anyone!)

And then, just as my daughter started to sigh,

“But Elsa isn’t here…”,

she suddenly appeared on stage, sending my daughter’s excitement into overdrive!

The only thing was…

since it was Frozen 2,

Elsa wasn’t wearing her classic blue dress,

which left my daughter slightly disappointed. (；∀；)

But honestly, just seeing Elsa in person made her so happy,

and she couldn’t stop smiling for the rest of the show.

4. (Side Story) Parents’ Plans vs. Kids’ Desires? The Unexpected Drama at Tully’s

After the show, we headed to Osaka Gourmet EXPO 2025 for lunch.

The sign outside promised it would be “cool inside,”

but to our disappointment, it wasn’t cool at all…

I asked my daughter over and over,

“What do you want to eat?” and each time she answered, “Bread!”

So, thinking it was a safe bet, we decided to head to Tully’s nearby (they had pasta too!)

But the moment we stepped outside, she burst into tears:
“I wanted ramen!” ((+_+))

Seriously—what!?

I asked so many times, and now she changes her mind!?

So there we were, having a mini shouting match right in front of Tully’s (；∀；)

People passing by probably thought I was the scary mom and that my daughter was so pitiful.

In my mind, I thought:
Tully’s is air-conditioned, and they have noodles (pasta), so this makes perfect sense.
But apparently, her thoughts were miles apart from mine.

Luckily, she calmed down once we got inside,

and when she discovered they had pancakes, she cheered right up.

Not only that, she ended up eating more than half of the tarako spaghetti I had ordered!

Watching her smile again,

I realized the phrase “Parents just don’t get it”

(or in Japanese, “oya no kokoro, ko shirazu”) couldn’t have been more true.

Conclusion: Creating Magical Memories with Disney On Ice

Even with the little hiccups—like the heat, hunger, and our

“Tully’s ramen drama”—in the end, we made the most amazing memories together.

Back at home, my daughter kept saying,

“Elsa was so pretty!”

Disney On Ice isn’t just about the spectacular show

itself—it’s also about the warm-hearted staff, and how even

little mishaps can turn into funny stories you’ll cherish.

If you haven’t experienced it yet,

I highly recommend going. It’s truly a magical place

where unforgettable memories are made.
